Very poor management, poor developer and poor quality in everything about this estate. Mr Tan (who is managing the defects) are very dishonest, cheating owner, keep delaying the work and repair, not responsive. Not taking responsibility at all. They do not know how to do their work, don’t have concept of quality in housing development and building and construction. This is a very poor quality estate. Sold $800k property, but quality and management are lousier than those 400k property.

Very poor development. My rooftop all leak. Mr Tan who is the head for defect management is such a dishonest person. Keep telling you that he will do eveything for you. In fact he do nothing. Very dishonest developer and project team. All they want is just money and risking all our owner safety,health and life.

Unable implement the concept as what was describe in your advertisement.
Most importantly the quality of the units. understand that every new housing have its own defect , BUT this is not the excuse to finish the project in a rush manner and ignore the quality just because want to reduce the units handover delay compensation . And push everything to the defect report submission after collect the key.
I wondering how the developer obtain the CCC and fell no embarrassing to hand over the unit to its owner.

Nice location, but developer really need to put more effort to enhance the appearance of this taman by beautifying the surrounding environment and the landscape itself so that it won't look that cheap...

Price expensive, but low quality, everywhere need defect and management keep pushing and delay by many excuses, ask question also need wait 1 month but sometimes even never answer, message us only when collect clubhouse fee very fast keep call you & message you and threat you if no pay clubhouse fee will deactivate your access card, but they never send any bill to us, what a joke
