I did not even manage to ship anything yet as the proper packing was not available. I was promised an update, whether positive or negative but it was only provided a day later, after I had to personally go to the center and be told the carton has yet to arrive. When it comes to courier service, I am sure you would agree timing is important and critical. Such delayed response does not give me any confidence that my shipment will processed in a timely manner.

PLEASE Don't ship anything in this dhl . I want to ask a price for shipment to Singapore . First,the staff take my parcel to measure the weigh then she told me is RM80 .... Ok then she tell me need to open my parcel (box) to measure for weight or size... But the point is after open they no do any size measurements !!!! They just open and touch my all things!!!! After that they change , they say price RM150 !!! I really speechless!!! So what is the point!!!!Tipu !!! Cheater dhl !!! Lie to customer and wasting my time !!!

I urge to all shopee sellers to not use this DHL branches of raja uda to ship the goods. My goods are lost in this store. If you don’t want your goods to be lost, pls don’t go to this store for delivery.
