Here we called sweet home. With beautiful green landscape, beautiful swimming pool, multiple facilities like gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, basketball and badminton court, multipurpose hall, karaoke, theater room, golf simulation, futsal as well huge place for walk and BBQ area..
I miss my home already.

Great facilities with nice landscaping. My unit balcony faces the mountain with waterfall. At night, the nature sound of a forest plus waterfall is so therapeutically calming and soothing to the ears.

The chirping sound of birds in the morning add in another dimension like going camping in a jungle next to a waterfall. Feel like having a mountain + forest + waterfall inside our unit.

Welcome to Cheston Choo Penang Properties sharing, let’s have a quick talk on the Eco Terraces. I sold couple of units there over the many years. This place is luxury with the facilities and landscaping. People buy for its premium, and of course the maintenance fee also at the higher end. 2023 the recent visit to the condo, heard some feedback on the children playground is designed for teenagers instead, so there is actually no children playground 😅

It was one of my dream home here, but unfortunately with 3 kids now, and they are still have 10 years to teenagers, I don’t take any consideration to buy this condo anymore.

In other hand, the hill and waterfall really awesome, with this natural landscape and I really enjoyed to take a deep breath there.

Yes, you will see my sharing majority on the good side, this is how we live better and get our life better than good 😊
