Nak beli rumah dekat sini? Fikir baik-baik. Tak payah bayar ribu-ribu setiap bulan untuk hadap jem yang teruk. Setiap pagi 20-40 minit untuk keluar dari rumah yang hanya 2-3 km ke Jalan Utama. No proper planning. Keep on building the house and cause the massive jam at this area. Bad town planning. Pekerja sedap dapat bonus tiap tahun tapi penduduk merana.

I'm force to give a 1 star rating which I feel the sales office don't deserve a star at all. Went in today to have a 2nd viewing (since we are really interested in one of the unit) of the unit in the showroom but was told, they are shortage of sales staff handling the surge of walk in customers (it's Saturday - weekend and not weekday eg Wednesday). One of the staff told me, most of the sales staff was send to the roadshow, while some took Emergency Leave and Medical Leave. It's a long holiday anyway (Mon is a public holiday) and I dont think Sime Darby management are so naive that you guys don't anticipate a surge in walk in. If most of them are in the roadshow, might as well close the sales office. Why bothered to open the showroom and no one is available to service the walk in? Waste of resources eg electricity. Don't you think so?
Common......, someone with business sense or someone with good business acumen will know, long holiday is the best time to sell or showcase your product.
Likewise, when we enquire more or wish to view the showroom unit, we have been told by the most arrogant sales person namely Victor, that we are unable to do so. You (Victor) don't need to twist and turn your story of not wanting to assist us for the viewing of the showroom.
Remember, you are not the only developer in Klang Valley. We have been to various developers' sales office and we have not been treated like a dirt or a beggar in that manner. The worst customer experience I've ever experience in a developer sales office. Felt so humiliated after walking out from the main door. To be honest, pasar malam trader even gave better customer experience that Elmina Management.

To Elimina Management:
1. Lack of sales staff is not our (potential customers) problem. It's your poor planning on sales staff workforce during weekend. Established company but the arrogant of the sales staff like Victor, is unbelivable. An achievement for Elimina Management. Congratulations in advance.

2. Your sales staff attitude have instantly reduced a potential buyer like me. I will never ever walk in again to this place and potentially being humiliated for the 2nd time.

3. Kudos of providing excellent training to your sales staff till they are so arrogant. It's an achievement for you, Elmina Management.

Bad traffic jams, MPP useless say cannot comment on this jam. If you want to wake up at 6:45am and leave the house by 7:15am to go to work to arrive at 8am, forget it! You’ll end up still inside your car at 7:45am still inside Denai Alam, horribly and unbelievable traffic. Majlis & Town Hall & SDP useless shoving all roads into one creating a catastrophe of a traffic jam. THEY ASK FOR YOUR TAX MONEY, INCREASE HOUSE PRICE, SIMPLE TRAFFIC JAM IN HOUSING AREA CANNOT SOLVE. LMAO! There was one incident, at the roundabout, 3 accidents happen at the same time!! Gila… Tk yah la duduk denai or elmina or anywhere here, lagi sakit kepala mcm duduk tengah bandar KL.

Nice new gallery, next to a mall and huge park. Great place to bring the kids for a picnic, there are few playgrounds and many options for dining here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the opportunity to purchase my first home in Elmina Green 5 with the help of Mr. Tarmizi, and it was a very positive experience. The traffic is getting from bad to worst. 30min for less than 2km distance is too much and it is not improving since last year September!

Gallery has a coffee cafe and is nicely located next to a mall and park. Great improvement from the old gallery. Will come again and bring family here. Good food brands with lakeside views.
