While there was a security requirement to register through an app and OTP was required, overall, going to the Sales Gallery was a smooth process and the security guard was polite. We were also expected at the Sale Gallery when we arrived at the appointment time. Good information on the project was shared by the sale manager and all our questions were answered. No complaint. Impressive show units!

Horrible and terrifying experience.
1. Sale staff look down on the customers. Just told us nothing to sell, nothing to explain, unless we can afford to buy the landed houses. Basically they are chasing us away.

2. Treated like a criminal by the security officer. Been shouted and screamed by the officer to get down from the car. Reason was we didnt do registration. Ín the first place, no one stop us when we enter the place and how should we know that we are supposed to do registration?

Dont go to this place if you are not driving super sports car. They think they are the only one who sell property in Penang!

The making of Andaman Island phase 2 is causing a lot of distress to residents of Straits Quay, also developed by E&O. The contractor has taken to carrying out the rock dumping exercise at the unearthly hour of 2.00-3.00 o'clock in the morning depriving us of our sleep. Complaints lodged with MBPP are futile. So it seems E&O and its contractors can ride rough shod over SQ residents. Does anyone know who we can go to for help?

Vehicle registration is required at the access to the Andaman Bridge, connecting to the man-made island, where the sales gallery and show units are located, as well as the Moonshine Bakehouse café.

The most rude security guard ever.. Me and my family wanna go to Pulau Andaman. We saw people enter Pulau Andaman. we were a bit confused but the guard came and talk rudely saying close la and cannot tell why we can't enter and told us to get out.. can you *like* talk nicely? Cmon like please tell nicely and don't raise your voice.. Next time.. speak properly and DON'T RAISE your voice. you know kurang ajar!?

Very unfriendly and not to mention arrogant for a place that is trying to attract serious buyers for the property. I was there just yesterday to take a look at the prices and facilities to survey the market as a serious buyer. But even after I registered, the security guard didn't even let me in and just took his time while I was standing in front of him.

This is very insulting and I dunno how is the staff trained here, but it seems very discriminatory and arrogant and I promptly left. Maybe it's not the organization's fault and maybe it's the guard that's acting out, but E&O seriously need to look at training the staff better.

I just happen to visit this site. I did buy one of the condo in the " Andaman". I just want to say I agree with what people commented the hassle of feeling up the QR code is ridiculous, waste of time, also the guad manning seem to be unprofessional & poorly trained

Very hostile security guard. It claims that this is not a place to "main-main dan ronda-ronda" when I was literally trying to visit the island and its bakehouse. 100% not coming back again.
