This is a huge sales gallery. I really like it’s biophilic concept for their landed homes. Close to nature like huge parks and forest reserved. It’s a good place to hang out with family and kids at their wetlands. The tram is so cute !

Visited the showroom this afternoon and they have good design and layout of the houses. Those houses are designed with skylight which it makes the houses bright. This is a new area and nothing much in this area except of the wetland park. Not much eateries places at this moment. The infrastructure is commendable. Price is on the steep side given this area is far from KL.

Sightseeing Splashmania before official opening but only can see this part. The ship looks amazing and i longed to visit, waiting school holidays! Attended cny activities, consider attractive and dedicated to Chinese, just not sure why it dont attract more crowds from other races!

No eateries, poorly maintained area. No live in this township. Can focus more on landscape and planting trees. The area where the swimming pool is, look so run down. Shops are dirty.
