Never thought that GUOCOLAND is this bad!!! They just can’t cope with the VP. Not only their actions are slow, their after sales service is bad too! Never reply email, no clear message and response. By looking at the comments below and I knew that I’m not the only one… terrible service and attitude

If I can give one star, I would. Glm cannot cope with the VP. The sales admin staff Wini Chin is very rude even after making a mistake by making double payment to TNB. We made the deposit payment to TNB as per instructions from her email and we notified GLM on the payment made to TNB. GLM did not check the email and made another payment to TNB resulting in double deposit. Due to their mistake, they are not issuing the clearance letter to me. Very frustrating as they kept pushing the responsibilities to me. The customer service is not doing their job as well

I can't believe that a developer today would claim that TM Fibre internet is not part of their plans. The new TAMAN (mallow lakepark rawang by guocoland) where I live has been without internet fibre service for over 18 months(since march 2023 key collection). I have emailed the developer, but they are shirking responsibility, saying it's not their concern.

The most ridiculous thing is that this year, only the houses on the outer row have fibre installation, while none of the houses on the inner row have fiber. TM says it's a communication issue with the developer, and the developer says it's not their problem. I would like to ask the developer:

Kota Emerald Rawang is 99% developed by Guocoland. Why was TM not notified during the master planning stage? Isn't the internet one of the essential daily utilities now? Do you think this is a primitive jungle?

Why hasn’t there been an active effort to negotiate with TM to expedite the installation of internet service? Isn’t the demand clear with 196 units in this taman? Is your team asleep?

I really don’t understand why the neighboring Taman Garland could have TM internet installed within 6 months after handover key collection, but Mallow Lakepark Rawang cannot. Are Coming project name: Blooming, Mallow 2, and The Rise 2 going to have to wait for over 18 months?

I hope the Guocoland Malaysia team will actively cooperate with TM instead of passing the buck! I look forward to your reply.

I urge Guocoland developers to pay attention to the above straightforward requests instead of continuously avoiding the issue. How can such actions persuade potential buyers to purchase homes developed by Guocoland Malaysia?

Never buy an Rawang Emerald project house. A lot of flaws. No quality and no value for money. They house value like 8++,+++, but the quality of house is like 1++,+++. The defect is a recurring defect. Even management is terrible, constantly wasting our time and money. Please do not spend your money in this projects

At first im contemplating in leaving a bad review. But seems it's not me alone. This is not a trusted developer. Dont buy property with them! I saw many comments saying about the end result. Luckily i cancelled my booking.

And as for my booking, they said 60 days to refund, i cancelled on 16 july and supposed by 17 sep i should get it. But they said 60 days will end on 2 oct!! How they calculated the calendar days is really mind blowing!!

Buy still, after waited like a fool, and till today (3 oct), still no refund credited. I called and they simply said, guocoland is always like this. The finance very hard to release refund money. When i asked why? The staff simply said dont know why the finance doing this.

And i was like, are you joking with me nowso called established developer but so cunning in manipulating potential buyer. I said im gonna lodge police report and the staff said just proceed as she cant do anything since the finance dont want to release the money.

They dont even care!!
She said there are 100+ back out buyer still waiting for refund and they also want to lodge a report. And this really made me lose my mind. No wonder they jz brush off my complaint. Im jz 1 person compared to the other 100+ that being ignored.

This is ridiculous and i will never trust guocoland ever again!

I've call but they ask me to email. I have been emailed them but have no response regarding my unit house Emerald 9. Some owner's already get the key and do renovation but mine still have no feedback from them till now I still didn't get my key!!
