Beli rumah dengan HCK seperti mimpi ngeri. pengurusan untuk VP sangat teruk. Rumah belum ready dah panggil owner untuk datang ambil kunci. Tiada persiapan langsung. Owner terpaksa cari sendiri cara nak apply tnb, elektrik pun takda walaupun dah siap bayar penuh di bank. maintenance fee dh bayar sehingga 5 bulan tapi semua facilities masih belum boleh digunakan. Saya akan ambil tindakan undang2.

I bought two units from this developer — one at Edu Sentral Princeton and another at Edu Sentral VBiz — and what I got before and after purchase are like night and day. The defects are endless and never properly resolved. The management is unbelievably poor, and the small issues inside are just too many to count. Especially in Princeton — the noise is unbearable!

The so-called compulsory RM30,000 furniture package is a joke — you get items worth less than RM10,000 in return. Cracked walls, uneven and raised floor tiles, water pooling at the entrance whenever it rains... the list goes on and on.

As for VBiz, the agent was also not honest — never informed us about the RM600 monthly maintenance fee until after the purchase! And even worse, there’s no proper channel to lodge complaints.

I originally bought both units in the same area for convenience, thinking it would make work and commuting easier. But now, every time I go to work or return home and see what I’ve bought, it just breaks my heart — I feel nothing but pain and frustration!

I honestly wonder how this developer still gets 5-star reviews and manages to maintain a 4-star rating on Google. Are those reviews fake or written by their own people? Please don’t mislead others anymore. This is honestly one of the worst developers I’ve encountered.

To anyone considering buying from them — think twice

HCK management efficiency and the performance are both very bad. Can’t say it is the worst, but things keep pending, changing PIC is the reason why the payment is delaying and etc. don’t ever deal with them, only know how to chase outstanding payment, but when come to efficiency in completing the stuff that clients need, 0/10.

Bought from developer HCK - Edumetro Lakeview at Block E at USJ 1, each time heavily raining in KL my unit flooded , balcony leaking water come in my house and main door from the outside due to corner unit but still entire floor wet neighbours too as photo show . Clearly architect design problem on building , developer no reply 2024 till today , file complain in portal said JMB discussion so long just wonder how to be JMB when is architect design on building is a problem and how developer and architect can give VP to give purchaser ? Any solution here install window ? Trying to gather more purchasers as all have same faith. Till today still no response from developer HCK ? CRD MO replied when your unit flooded - Security guard will clean your unit for you supper funny replied , when nobody at home how to call security to clean too late all my nice renovation already damaged , no reply by developer or MO expect 247 waiting at home when raining ? Super concern ..
