Troublesome developer:

I am very disappointed with the quality of workmanship and after-sales service from the developer of Ixora Court Kuching. Just months after moving in, many of us residents have faced repeated issues including power outages, water leakage, and safety concerns.

These are not minor problems — some residents have experienced blackout-related damage and water seepage that affected their daily lives. Despite multiple complaints, there seems to be no long-term solution.

The lack of transparency and poor response from management has left many of us frustrated and angry. I would not recommend buying from this developer unless they take urgent action to rectify the situation and treat homeowners with the respect we deserve.

Overall, Very lousy workmanship & quality. Cracked, Leakinge everywhere & almost everything is spoiled within 6 months. Seriously I really dissappointed with Ibraco products now. Not like last time.

Low efficiency in doing defects (almost 3 months still not done) coz by low supervision when construction. Hollow tiles, crash ceiling, watermark from roof, floor peel off, crash door, uneven plastering.

Lately Ibraco is notorious for not sending receipts when payment already done/settled online by purchaser, unless reminded many times. The admin ladies also rude when we make enquiry about receipts. Billing letter also commonly comes late and sometimes billing letter comes at the same time /together with reminder letter. Seems they only mail out the billing letter after almost a month after the date of the letter was issued and then they send an urgent reminder letter when customer havent even received the first letter. Come on Ibraco !!!! Where is your standards & procedure ? People deserve to receive their receipt promptly after psyment is settled.

We went to The Park Residence and try to asked their salesman to bring us visit their apartment. After 20 mins waiting, their salesman told us they can't come and asked we go visit their office if we want. Never met any unprofessional behavior like this.
