Very excited for our contract to finish in August so we can get away from this company. Dealt with Chris, who is a sub agent to ours. She takes months to do anything, she refuses to reply to us and is rude and gets paid to do nothing. We do not understand why she is on our contract. We just had a technician come around, after 6 weeks who took our oven 2 weeks ago. When there was no problem with the oven it was a wire problem. The technician was explaining this to Chris who asked questions like “how can they charge their phone is there’s a wire problem”- Even the technician was getting annoyed at her questions, as they were silly. I work and own businesses and have had to stay in the house for 3 days now. When we don’t need a technician in the first place, was even trying to charge us to fix an oven that wasn’t even broken in the first place. Technician says “I don’t know why this person is wasting my time, I’m sorry you have to deal with it”. When we reach out she will says “I don’t think it’s appropriate for me to comment” - We don’t need her to comment, we just need ILP to swap agents so we can deal with an agent who actually cares. We have been here over 3 years and it’s getting worse. Maybe her company will read this and help us

My family and I had the opportunity to work with Ms Chris Hoo, a property agent with iLP Realty.
