This is in pertain to UPay team, 0 professionalism, 0 emergency measures, 0 willingness to help, 0 workaround and instead keep pushing responsibilities around. Company rep keep quiet to issues leaving subordinates to answer, and subordinates keep pushing responsibilities to 3rd party which I have no access to, so who should I ask for help? same to sales, basically just pretend to be helpful. I doubt how this company operate to this extent, should have read their glassdoor review before sign on. 5 star review? I really doubt was their own work. Feedback to improve? Start from the overall mentality first, the whole team or company itself a problem, the root.

I keep this review open and will add in more of my honest review here if i recall and happen to encounter any of blood pumping, anger triggering event with them, stay tuned.

Extremely disrespectful!!!!!! Very rude employees!!!!!!! Do not use their services!!!!!!
They have a ticketing office under Air Asia in Kl Sentral. Air asia cancelled our flights and we came to ask what we can do with the cancellation. The employees are extremely disrespect, not only did they not solve our cancellation problem but also treated us horribly and were very rude, telling us to go the airport and having very disrespect attitude. When we asked to for the manager, the employee said that there is no manager and he didn't even want to give us the company's name to complain. I do not recommend using their services and also don't try to deal with their employees because they will only disrespect you.

Their e-wallet UChatPay is a scam! They do not pay back the balance in the e-wallet. I made a report at BNM and police report. Now pending for investigation from BNM.
