I use to rent a car from another company whenever i go back for Gawai.. However the rental company that i booked didnt inform me until few days before my flight to Miri, that there is no staff to send the car due to early annual leaves which I was surprised I wasn't inform. I made a rushed call to this company and yes they made my request smoothly fulfilled. They even ensured that if there is something i find no right, they'll correct it. In return to their good service, i am returning the car back with cleaned washed car back to them. Tq so much.
