Unprofessional and Unreasonable Experience with KEB Group at Residensi Kesuma 1

I had a very disappointing experience with KEB Group during my purchase of a unit at Residensi Kesuma1. Their service has been unprofessional, especially regarding utility deposits and renovation procedures.

Firstly, they refused to refund my utilities deposit (Water & Electricity), even though the charges clearly belonged to the previous owner. This cost was unfairly passed to me as the new buyer, and worst of all, this was never mentioned in the POS documents. It's unethical and shows a lack of transparency in their dealings.

Secondly, they imposed an unnecessary and excessive RM500 deposit plus RM50 admin fee just for a simple grill installation — a minor renovation that took less than 2 hours. This policy is too rigid and clearly not homeowner-friendly. It seems more like a way to collect fees than to support actual building management.

Overall, KEB Group has shown poor professionalism and weak customer service, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience. Future buyers and residents should be aware and cautious when dealing with them.

1stly the name of property from Dezire Hill totally diff from at sales gallery now change to Bukit Idaman Residensi
2nd Jan24 ald paid for TNB deposit but til now still hvt install meter and announce for VP ? and my tnb portal still show pending outstanding for the tnb deposit. Excuse Me, Tnb Meter hvt install announced for VP how we going to do defect checking ?

Project : Bukit Idaman Residensi (Dezire Hill)

Several issues need urgent attention:

1. Pending TNB Meter Installation: Made the payment for the TNB deposit in January 2024. However, to date, the TNB meter has not been installed. My TNB portal still shows a pending outstanding for the deposit, which is unacceptable.

2. Vacant Possession (VP) Announcement: Despite the pending installation of the TNB meter, VP has been announced. This is highly problematic as it hinders our ability to conduct defect checks without proper electricity supply.

Please address these issues promptly. The lack of communication and delay in essential services are not acceptable for a development of this scale.

For Dezire Hill project havent install TNB meter then start to do VP, checked with their staff they reply 'cause still have some owner havent make payment yet thats why meter installation havent done'. which means if got few owner dont pay so this building forever no electric? i feel damn scam right now !!

Poor workmanship.
Condo price but flat quality.
Water leaking from ceiling,
Lift buttons broken oftenly,
Insufficient security manpower,
Not arranging cleaning services for the condo,
Low security level (cctv not installed at public area, eg carpark, corridor, etc.).

Will never consider to buy any property from this developer anymore.

Collect key in March start aircond issues, was complaint to project many times till now the issue was not settle has been half year, the aircond is FOC and one of the unit was told unit and we keep follow up on this with project and installer was no action and we try to call them they said owner are not allow deal with them they only refer to project what the hell . Project has arrange daikin to checked, daikin check was no issues is installer problem. Another unit aircond was old unit the warranty was expired, this is new house and provide all lousy thing. The installer was so rude and no manner, we are owner no rights to fight for it .
