Kedudukan rumah dah tenang atas bukit. Tapi kerana tangan manusia yang mengejar dunia dan duit demi hidup atas keuntungan dari hasil projek rumah ni lihat lah KL Teh ni lihat, apa hasil yang kami terima ini disebabkan kerja saliran yang cincai ni. , Tahun ini dah 2 kali banjir disebabkan sistem saliran air longkang yang tidak betul di perumahan Bernam Perdana, Tanjong Malim ini. Tahun lepas 2/6/ 2021. Tahun ini 6/1/2022 banjir juga, dan buat kali ketiga 1/3/2022 banjir lagi. Setelah mesyuarat diskusi diantara Penduduk, Majlis Daerah, Pemaju (yang tiada wakil pemaju kontraktor pun hadir pada waktu mensyuarat dijalankan) apa tindakannya sekarang ? Masih tiada tindakan untuk betulkan saliran air longkang, Sampai bila nak kami tanggung perkara ini!!! apa jalan penyelesaian dari KL TEH LAND & DEVELOPMENT Sdn Bhd?

7/3/2022 banjir lagi... Nak kami hadap berapa kali sebulan? Hujan tu tak de masalah pun, yg masalah sekrg saliran air longkang yang tidak betul!!! Tolong lah KL Teh projek banyak, takkan lah masalah ni tak boleh nak selesaikan. Rumah ni masih bawah tanggungjawab pemaju, majlis daerah pun x nak ambil tahu lah. Ini belum masuk masalah bangunan lagi, yg bocor mcm air terjun, retak teruk.... Cincai betul projek KL Teh Land ni!!! Semata-mata nak dapat duit pembeli je ni kerja mcm apa lah, tak aman lah hidup Mr Teh, duit tak bawa mati pun Mr Teh oiiii!!!

I wish i have seen these review before purchasing the house . Low quality workmanship , we are encountering so many issues and when contacted the developer is so easy to brush off to say not their issue. The walls/ ceiling are leaking, and a few houses in the same row has the same issue . Bad bad developer and quality. We should make a complaint to authority to not allow them to continue to build houses

I was very disappointed after checking my unit after collecting the keys since last year August . A lot of rectification works need to be done due to the poor workmanship and sub-standard construction. This is totally unacceptable form a reputable company which markets these housing units.
Rectification works were long delayed and not properly carried out. Each time, staff from the company will reply me with the excuse "you have to wait for your turn" and not only my unit have to rectification, when I call the office to check.

P/S: You deserve "0" star but the google do not posting without a star

Poor Quality Housing and Bad service After Sales.
Owning a problematic house from this developer really bad luck. Don't ever trust the defect liability period provided. Their rectified action is bad and slow until same defect re-occur again and again and again and more worst to come. Useless and no respond phone number given to avoid you make noise in their office.

Not a customer friendly developer, want to jv a land employee told to send email, im not looking for friggin Job send resume through email.ask to talk to person in charge, they hung up on me. Just imagine if buy a house and house got problem then call them and they just hung up on you.

Developer yg paling teruk, setiap minggu ada sahaja penipuan kpd pembeli rumah. Menyesal yang teramat sangat, kecewa, hampa, semua ada.
