Land & General refused to give me my promised RM10,000 in referral fees. I finally got my money after marching up into their office, planting myself in their lobby, and staring down their receptionist until she squirmed under my gaze.

So eager to take my money, so reluctant to pay what they owe.

I won't comment on their workmanship, others have covered this in detail.

Nah, I can't hold it in. It's bad. Real bad. Really really bad. Avoid.

Visited Seresta, and it is just as bad as Foresta. So buyer please avoid. It does not justify the price they are selling. Please make sure you have check multiple ID or agents. Their unit is substandard. Not sure if it will last a lifetime

I have personally made a pledge to boycott this developer for any future property purchase. Just interview any homeowner from their recently developed ‘premium’ condo in BSD and you can find out yourself

Impressed by their plan at Sena Parc Seremban, submitted docs to apply loan on March. The developer agent told me have to wait until they officially launch the project only they will apply the loan for me. Still waiting……….

Update: July 2023, not sure the developer still here, silent☹️

One of the worst Developer. Damansara Foresta built by them is called a Leaking Condo, because nearly every unit and common area got leaking issue, some are Major leakings.
They only thinking of PROFIT.
After Sales services very poor.

My buddy bought a 5 star condominium at Astoria Ampang, the workmanship was very poor, 200++ defects, the maincon Pembinaan Yuen Seng Sdn. Bhd. is totally very poor of all the structure works. If you want to buy the property from them, plz consider twice and goto site visit what were built on site but not the sales galleries.

Always unable to contact them, google provided number, official website contact number, always call no reply, even got into their office ring the bell, the bell is also rosak and waited so ling time until someone saw me knocking the door.. haih
