After purchased done , i received the message from SP Sam property mentioned that the downpayment is need to pay to MB World.
After checked , the amount they mentioned was totally incorrect.
As i know, if the developer wrong calculate, then i might incurred a penalty charges with innocently.

So, I have to waste my time to make the trip to MB World at DNP plaza. When i ask the MB World ( Kirana Tiara Sdn Bhd ) staff.
The female staff told me that i only paid two times. I told the female staff I already made 4times payment . She ask me to show my proof because never received other payment in their system. After i show the payment slip. The female staff finally issue another statement & write down the balance amount in the statement.

After get the actual balance amount, i went to bank getting a banker cheque & submitted to the female staff & request for receipt.

Conclusion, The SP Sam property agents push the ball to MB World while the MB World kick the ball to to back to SP Sam. It’s more likely a monkey show in my view.

Above is my bad experience towards MB World ( Kirana Tiara Sdn Bhd ).
Hopefully others buyers would’t be experienced the same situation as me.

That time I was be happy to occupy new unit terance house in taman seri penawar. Unfortunately, I found water leakage issue occurred on somewhere structure after two years. I must say that I have never seen waterproofing on wet area only was sustainable at short period in my entire life. What is shame

Please don't buy property from this developer if you don't want be cheating.Fully furniture in their knowledge is give full broken and no function furnish. The cockroach around your unit after you make full payment and sign contact, they will comment no their response.
