This is not a review of their office in Penang but, unfortunately I live in one of their awful condo developments - Quadro Residences in KL. What a terrible job of building they did here - it's an absolute scandal as we've had to endure water cascading into rooms whenever it rains and my goodness it rains heavily in Malaysia. That's because like most developers in this country they cut corners and then leave the poor owners to fend for themselves which usually costs them thousands of RM to put right. Additionally, they have tried to keep certain revenues "in-house - with family members", specifically making residents pay fees to a separate entity (Harvest Fitness) for privilege of using the leisure facilities. The government really needs to crack down on these practices but, they have always ended up loading the dice in favour of the Developer and the poor consumer always suffers in having the right the wrongs with their own hard earned money!!! Answer publicly if you dare to Monoland P-L-E-A-S-E and quickly before I fall out of my window and hit the ground with a thud from 30 storeys up
