Promised to have gated and guarded neighbourhood but the promise is not fulfilled. Lots of mat rempits racing up and down the road in front of the houses and in the back alley. The small playground at phase 1 is a littering ground for mat rempits where they litter, smoke and lepak until 3am. Not a safe neighbourhood for children and in general.

Better to change the name to Rempit Heights.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent delivery of Phase 3 of the housing development. During the promotion of this phase, it was clearly stated that the property would feature a guarded and gated community with an electric fence. Unfortunately, these features have not been provided, which falls short of the expectations set during the initial promotion.

As a customer, I had anticipated these security enhancements as promised, and their absence is quite disheartening

Buy expensive house, promised with guard and gated community with access road. All of them none existence. Please don’t buy from “Newsfield” developer. All of their projects have bad reviews. Just found out after being of of their victim!
