Overrated!!!. Faulty Vellfire was sent for rental to us (please refer pics). We paid for more than RM3k for the car, for 1 week, there were sign of safety issue at the tyre and 1 of the pilot seat was not even in working condition as per the price we paid. The pics they sent to us and those on the website were not the same car as what we received. The driver said it was not even the Nexx car, it was from their Partner which they failed to check prior sending. The delivery was rescheduled to 1 and half hour late which was only informed to us 30 mins before, that was even after i followed up with them on the schedule. The depo they collected also take more than 7 days to refund, they dont even bother to contact you for refund. This is very unacceptable as their cuatomer service did not even contact you for clarification. This behavioir is very unprofessional and please please do not be fooled by them like we have. Zero star!!!
Updates on 28 April 2024: We received the refund (credited in our account) of deposit of RM500 together with 'reparation amount' amounting to RM500 on the 11th day upon return of the car ie from 15 April 2024. Anddd... i was asked to delete this google review multiple times before and after they paid the amount, probably the reason why we see more good reviews for this company. Dont be fooled guys. I will not. Not again.

It was superb service from Leena. Bravo to her! Her outstanding service, flexibility and reliability has made things so much easier when visiting Malaysia. Flexibility in delivering and picking up car was wonderful. I feel like we have known each other for a long time. Very impressed with your attentiveness and quick in responding to my queries.

You are very helpful and are happy to help even after work hours which really amazed me. Such a hard working person.

I had a great experience with NEXX Car rental. Booked and paid easily via online (debit/credit card), I ve bought the insurance and delivery/pick up service thus car deliver and pick up smoothly at the place I prefer in KL - Malaysia. No deposit require for credit card payment to ease the hassle of other rental car who sometime had dispute of not returning deposit fee etc. Car condition also nice and good (looks new). Travelling around Malaysia, without any issue at all.
Well recommended as I feel the price reasonable and the car they promised is the car they really deliver.

what a shame. use to be my go to car rental when visiting Malaysia. they left me stranded in airport for 5hrs so i cancelled, then they refuse to refund my 1week booking bcs i cancelled. no more. take me as example
