Not recommended. Salah seorang agent datang berpakaian selekeh, badan berbau, tidak menepati masa, hisap vape di dalam kedai makan semasa berbincang, pen tak bawa, fail tak ada. Very poor communication skill. Agent was known by name Naz. Terrible representation for this company.

“BODOH PUNYA JANTAN KELING” -
THIS WAS THE WORD USED AGAINST ME WHEN I CONFRONTED THIS PROPERTY AGENT FOR HER ACTION.

If you never had an experience dealing the most cunning, shady and fraudulent people.You can hire their services.

Rented a house with OD LEGACY a year ago, ended up with forgery and breach of agreements, illegal self-help remedies, and irresponsible agents.

1st when they showed the unit, they never cleared out the things even after 32 days I moved in. They just left the belongings of previous tenants in the house and told me to adjust living with it as I have two bedrooms.
After a month they still didn’t collect even when the items are left on the corridor of the unit itself, never pass the stamped agreement, never bothered about the defects in the unit.
Then , the agent Aini Sulaiman demanded us to pay the rent despite of the issues above and we held our rights to not pay the rent until the issues are solved.
Then she and her colleague Hanif threaten us that to block the access to the unit , and they did it while pointed to us that as we were the one unable to pay rent.

Then, with the assist from our lawyer, we filed a case against them as these are strictly against the law with the SELF-HELP REMEDIES (blocking cards) plus she demanded me to sign another agreement after a month by reason of “the owner changed the account number” but when received the “NEW” agreement , nothing changed instead OD LEGACY REALTY added an illegal clause which never agreed by both parties which directly stated their FORGERY and FRAUDULENT ACT.
We demanded the refund for the agent fee and official apology letter along with all these issues above solved. Guess what, they only did once our lawyer sent a letter of demand .

In the end , after the contract ends. They basically never did any job as they supposed to. Whenever you reach out to the agent ,she come back with “You never pay me agent fee, I’m not your agent”.
A reply even my 6 years old niece wouldn’t give .
A total cunning, shady and fraudulent agents and property management.
Be careful if you ever come across this agents.
