This is my honest review about Paramount Property.

Paramount Property is an untrusted developer and not a responsible developer.
I have bought my 2nd house Project Senni3a terrace super link gated guarded.

My 1st house is in Bertam Properties.

During joint inspection with my contractor and Paramount Site Supervisor, there are so many defects that are related to structure, roof leaks, material quality etc which should not happen if they really monitor and follow material specs and quality during construction.

Furthermore, I notice that they just want to do temporary repair, not permanent ones. Imagine if it is structure crack, they hack and plaster it. (Not hair line crack). How I determine it is a structure crack? I can give technical explaination to them but during that session, they don't want to listen and just walk away.

The wall is concrete but the material they used is low quality steel and concrete build is not up to the quality.
Roof at multiple places are always leaks.

Bertam Properties is a better developer compared to Paramount property. Of course there are defects that happened to my 1st and 2nd house, but Bertam Property is willing to repair with permanent solutions compared to Paramount.

Update after ~2 wks developer repair:

They delayed repairs by creating new defects by the worker which they claim is not inside the list. No one lives at the home but new defects appear, e.g. new tiles crack, new vinyls crack. They denied that their worker was doing it but when asked who monitor at the site, there's no one.

At last, I hired my own contractor.

If I got -ve stars, i will give -ve 5 stars.

Affordable price with amazing deals by developer. Overall, in my opinion Bukit Banyan is a nice and well-planned township in Sg. Petani.

Dear Paramount Property,

Reference is made to the water supply (SADA) at the residential houses - BUKIT BANYAN Sungai Petani recently.

Frankly speak, We alway encounter the water supply problem neither it is low pressure nor no water at all from the SADA's water tank. From the record, there are 15 times of such incident happened within a year where first moved to Bukit Banyan. It is ridiculous.

I know the rout cause may not come from the developer but it is partly responsible by the developer to ensure all the basic needs are taken into account before you sell tye "Home" to your customers.

I foresee the issue will get worst if more and more new residential houses/shop offices are built and new upcoming development projects on-going.

We really appreciate if the Paramount Bukit Banyan can deal and solve the issue with the utility supplier such as SADA to get the problem fix for the goodwill of all your customers at Bukit Banyan.

As a Malaysia well known and reputatable property developer where the brand is not built overnight but years by years in serving all the Paramount' customers.

Thus, I urge the Paramount Property Bukit Banyan could take the advice and preventive measurement to solve the issue I'm advance before it is worsen.
