Feedback on My Three Times Recent Stays at Pavilion Ceylon Hill with Terrible Experiences.

I hope this message reaches the owner directly and be a good reference for other customer for decision making. I would like to express my concerns regarding the quality of service I received during my recent stays at Pavilion Ceylon Hill. I have stayed here three times, each visit booked through Booking.com and Trip.com, with 3 to 6 nights per stay. I was patient to be here again and again because it is near by my office but no more!

Unfortunately, my experiences have been disappointing. The cleanliness of the property was consistently subpar. On each occasion, I found dust and dirt on the floors and tables, and I had to clean the room myself upon check-in. The condition of the furniture and overall cleanliness left much to be desired, as evidenced by the photos I have attached.

Additionally, the service at the reception was not satisfactory. On several occasions, I raised concerns with the staff, but the response I received was unhelpful. I was often told that nothing could be done because the room was full and the staff was busy. On one occasion, after discovering a broken toilet, I was advised to wait until the following day for assistance.

As a result of these ongoing issues, I have decided to no longer stay at Pavilion Ceylon Hill in the future. I hope that you will take these matters seriously and improve the service and maintenance standards for future guests.

Nice location and many attractice nearby. Recommended staff at front desk not at basement area and hope can improve hospitality of security guard. Look luxury lobby decoration but cannot stay so whats the point there. Facilities is awesome can see KL tower and KLCC clearly. Can choose level 12/ outdoor and level 52/ indoor pool for healing from daily stress.

Perfect complex. Excellent location. Only 12 min walk till Pavilion KL. Very close to city center and Petronas towers. The complex has 24/7 security, concierge, a pool on the 52nd floor with an amazing view, a second pool on the 12th floor, gym, sauna. There are several places for work or having a picnic on 12th floor. The complex is kept clean and tidy every day. No problems with ordering taxis or food to the address. Parking available. Perfect place to live for digital nomads. Will definitely search for apartments in this building, when traveling to KL next time. Have lived there for almost 2 weeks and have no complaints at all.

Sorry, I cannot give this place more than 2 stars. The rooftop pool with a view of the twin towers is what saved this place.
We stayed here during our holiday to KL from 25 Dec 2023 - 3 Jan 2023. While the location was not so bad as it was walking distance to a lot of attractions, there were other factors that ruined the stay. During our stay, there was some construction work being done at neighbouring buildings, this was disturbing at times. The biggest disappointment was the horrible service from "Front desk". Firstly, it seemed a bit weird that the actual front desk was not in the foyer of the main building, but downstairs in the basement. We were told to just message via whatsApp for any queries, when we did this, the replies took ages and/or no reply, which was frustrating. We had informed them that we would have late checkout which was outside of normal hours, initially they said its fine and agreed, but when the day arrived, it was was a prob and we had to have many back and forths with front-desk to checkout and get our deposit back (which was also a mission). With regards to our room, we had a leak with basin waste pipe, which they did eventually fix but at an awkward time cause we needed to leave but had to wait till they finished. Also, we had mould on the shower ceiling and where the aircon is situated. The toilet almost got blocked a few times. There is also little hang space for towels in the bathroom. As I mentioned before, the only saving grace of this place is the rooftop pool that overlooks the twin towers. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for an enjoyable stay in KL.

very bed experience no lobby for waiting checkout and check-in are in basement deposit 300 ringit too much no daily house keeping no bottle water no daily services ...checkout after 11 pm they charge 50 ringiit I don't recommended to every one after checkout they charged 100 ringgit for only dirt on bedsheet ...so discussing ....
