The worst management office ever. They do not deserve as the managment office. The tribunal consumer should just sack this company for the sake of the rest of the condo resident. Never ever engage this company from first place. They are not doing their job at all taking crony super expensive salary from residents , current jubilee facing lots of money issues due to this unperform company
1. They simy do not have capability to handle a condo management.
2. All resident complaints goes to nowhere
3. Misuse resident sinking funds puluhan k.
4. Highest charges middle man fee with only few workers
5. Never do any defect checking for common since day 1 in the resident, condo suffer defects now
6. Security officer unders them sucks
7. Always owe poor cleaner money and then they mogok, leave condo rubbish piled up
8. Everything only node head in meeting and do nothing

The lousiest management that not dare to face the facts and always trying to find excuses to avoid discuss with onwer. Especially the Sr Ahmad Kassim Daud the director; a coward, useless, bias and racist. Will lodge a police report and lawyer to against this bias and racist managment.

Buyers beware, if they bid to do property management and list PR1MA Jalan Jubilee as their “credentials”, they are lying. We, the residents, have been unable to kick them out for reasons unknown to us (cronyism, or just PR1MA’s incompetence). If you are still not turned off, please ask them on:
1. Their building manager’s JD. Besides being unresponsive/deliberately abrasive, my personal grievance is when fire alarms were blaring (with no fire) and the manager ignores calls, WhatsApp;
2. We were SADDLED with unpaid debts and as such, THE CLEANERS WENT ON STRIKE due to no payment. However, at the eleventh hour AGM, they had the cheek to place blame on resident for not paying maintainance fee. HELLO! That’s what property management is for: to enforce and collect.
3. There are still accounts that can’t be reconciled. Building’s TNB bills is one. But overall at almost 30-40K on salary alone, the company really sucks.

Nevertheless, there are a few employees that did well. I wish to commend Puan Azlin (who quit due to overwork), Encik Alif and the ever hardworking Encik Latfi. I do hope God blesses these three, and for the rest, only time will tell.

potentially the worst PMO i ever met before. Building manager always disappeared himself, technician dun really do his work, admin fresh graduate with no training no experience. Operation manager who never kept a single promise. lift issue dragged over 4months no response. most of the issues don't know how to solve.

charge for 4 staff 25k but only 2 / 3staff appeared in office sometimes.

looks professional , BUT actually high charges , no responses , perfunctory , listen & ignore , no responsibility , slow process , staff attitude looks gangster. feel sad about it what owner pay for it.

I wish could give negative 5 star. Too bad google allow to give minimum 1 star. My condo management currently under this company care. Their service is the worst ever !!! If got choice will terminate them out immediately.

This company is worst in Malaysia !
The run our condo however no pay salary to cleaners !

All the cleaners are hard working but sadly this management is not doing their job properly .
