I was placed booking for a house with agent, Mr. Saw. Before paid the deposit, there are car park water leaking issue and I was told that it's can be fix quite fast and hassle free, small issue. Buyer paid the deposit and nearly at the end of procedure, agent just found out from management that it is not easy to resolve as the stainless steel paiping is costly to change a whole new one and only able to repair for temporary solution. Nobody can guarantee when it can be leak again. We were unsastify with the outcome as before and after agreement is different. We requested for refund of the fees however it is been rejected by the agent. He mentioned that request for refund is not acceptable and have to follow due date.
It is unfair to the buyer as the details was hiding before make payment and totally forfeited all at the end. Suppose the agent can request for partial refund as win win solution but do not do so, either only proceed to buy or forfeit two options to choose. The agent still push to buy the unit. Unprofessional dealing way and told that they are not taking any commision as well. Push the responsibility and fault to buyer after forfeit booking fees. Thus really dissapointed and unsastify the service that have been provided.
