Located right opposite of the KTM perlabuhan Klang. Toilets provided, RM0.50 per person. Souvenir, food and drinks sold here, tables and chairs provided. No need to buy return tickets, just go to the port when you want to return, there will be selling tickets for the shortest waiting time.

Went to Pulau Ketam on 9/10/2022 with family. Drove all the way from KL to Port Klang. Saw a lots of cars parked next to the road side. Tempted to park as well but saw few police traffic officers were giving summon tickets to every cars that parked on the road side. Eventually, I parked my car at the paid parking next to the ferry terminal. Limited parking but able to park under the guide of the ushers. There are two ways to get to Pulau Ketam, ferry or speedboat. The ticket for both were more or less the same. We chose ferry as it has life jacket underneath the seats even tho it takes longer time to reach the pulau Ketam. It takes roughly 30-35mins. The ferry is equipped with aircon and plenty of seats at inside and outside of ferry. The ferry is also equipped with toilet and TV. The seafood restaurants at Pulau Ketam are not the best but the price is almost the same as in the KL.
