From the ambience, to the courteaous staff, the open spaces, the lovely scenery, the spacious rooms, the delicious meals, the amazing breakfast buffet, the Chef line-up to entice the guest. The beautiful spa and pool areas, I truly enjoyed my stay here. My only areas of improvement would be cleanliness. When cleaning the rooms, it would be great if the cleaners made up the beds properly and cleaned the surfaces, and floors as well. That freshly-made look and feel was missing when I returned to my room. The windows were also grimy (Usual problem in Miri hotels I feel)

Checked in ystdy. The receptionist (gentleman) was not friendly compared to other 5 star hotels. Concierge (lady) counter staff was friendly and helpful. The cafe staff that entertained me was helpful but not professional enough for the hotel standard. However, other staffs I encountered was friendly and professional too. Just sharing my experience. I am still coming again for the spacious room and comfy bed. Check your shower gel supply etc as soon as you get in the room to avoid inconveniences. But still, the receptionist should be more friendly and welcoming instead of treating guests coldly. Maybe he was tired? I don’t know. No smile at all. Felt degraded in a way. I still cannot forget how he handled the check in procedure. Anyway I enjoyed my stay. The room was comfy.

I stayed here on 2 occassions and enjoyed both stays. The hotel has amazing views and I highly recommend having lounge access to enhance you experience. The food and service was amazing. The only downside was housekeeping didn't do a good job cleaning the rooms each day definetly not 5 star standard. Also the hotel is looking a bit old and could use a bit of maintenance to keep that 5 star standard. Still I had a great stay and with the lounge access it was great value for money.

I am very satisfied with my stay. The service was excellent — staff were attentive, professional, and made the experience very pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment throughout. The facilities, especially the gym, were outstanding — all equipment was top-notch.

However, the food could be improved in terms of variety and taste. It would also be great to have more TV channel options, especially movies, to enhance the in-room experience.

Despite these small areas for improvement, the overall experience was positive, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others!

In my satisfaction as a repeated customer, I brought quite some family members from different places to this stay when it came to a family trip in Miri. Pullman Waterfront was my enthusiastic support with extremely welcoming staff and the check in time of which I encountered was exceptionally smooth to deserve my compliment. The location, amenities and hospitality left all 10 of us an impressive remark. ||Being a returning guest, I surely held high expectations and was looking for even better experiences and treatments. Our requests namely connecting rooms, suites, double beds, single beds etc were all well-managed although we checked in at different separate times. The impressive city views, well-equipped amenities such as swimming pool, fitness center and bars as well as the spacious and newly stylish rooms were all the recognitions, with which we were truly satisfied. ||The prime location of Pullman Waterfront also brought me and my family influencing convenience. We could easily access to Time Square on foot and in which we constantly had a few drinks during our stay. To our surprise, there were a various eateries with decent food. ||Our quality family time in Miri was just so memorable. Pullman Waterfront was definitely a critical component! ||(However, one drawback of that was my email sent before my arrival but it was never replied 🙁

Pullman Miri is one of the best hotels in town. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern with beautiful views of the city and sea. The facilities are excellent – great swimming pool, gym, and relaxing spaces, making it perfect for both business and leisure stays.

One of the highlights is their Grill & Feast every Friday night. For only RM99, you get to enjoy a wide variety of fresh seafood and river fish, all grilled to perfection – absolutely tasty and worth the money! On top of that, their beer deal is unbeatable – RM98 for 10 beers, perfect for enjoying with friends.

The service is also top-notch. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. A special mention to Ms. Chiew, who is humble, kind, and always makes guests feel truly welcome.

Highly recommend Pullman Miri for anyone visiting – great hotel, amazing food, and excellent value!

I was pleasantly surprised by how large the deluxe room and bathroom were. The top square pillows were a bit crumbly, not smooth. The light at the room lobby/dinning area was very dim. We’ve to move the tall lamp next to the TV to the dining room. There was a large size fridge but no microwave. Only one bathrobe was there but two pairs of slippers available.
