Strict but very professional service. Not my first time in Langkawi, this is my best experience renting a car yet. Strict pre-check and encourage & assist you to document every dents, scratch etc. Return was simple with every prior damage well documented. Car was well maintained and in tip top condition.

If you go with freelancers/thugs, having a car is fast & cheap, but returning is a pain as they will accuse you of every scratch.

Good experience with How.

He waited for us to arrive as flight got delayed. Provided us with an extensive list of food options and attractions to see. Most of which we checked out.

Drop off was easy too, was told which pump to go and he was there by the time we arrived at the airport.

Very good service! I booked a car at 6am, the first company responded and was able to deliver the car at the specified time. Great car with a full tank. I returned the car a little later than the specified time, without any additional payments. Very good company, sure i will come back next time!

自分たちもきちんと確認しなかったので悪いですが、ぼったくられました。バウチャーにもレンタルする際に、デポジットRM150を求められると書いてあります。

レンタカーを返却する際に「やられた！」と思いました。

最初ランカウイ空港に到着し、私はクレカで支払う予定でしたが、早くホテルに行きたくて、急いでいたこともあり手持ちの現金を支払いました。その際に「RM250」と言われました。きちんとバウチャーを見ていなかったので、「あ、250リンギだったか・・・」どうせ戻ってくるからいいやと支払いました。

その際に車の確認にサインをするのですが、横に小さく「RM150」と書いてあるのをきちんと見ずに支払ってしまいました。

返却時に50リンギを5枚払ったはずが、3枚しかなくて訴えたら、「150リンギだよ」ほら！と領収書を見せられました。そして預かり書にホチキスでお金を挟むので、ホチキスの跡が残っているよと見せられました。

完全に用意周到で、太刀打ちできませんでした。
マレー語でハッキリと「250リンギ」と言われたことは、マレー語でも東北なまりがあったので印象に残っていました。何よりランカウイ滞在中は現金を使っていないので、お財布の中身からRM100がまるまる減っていました。

今後ご利用される方々に同じ思いをさせたくないと思い、投稿させていただきました。

会社ぐるみではなく、おそらくあのレンタカー引き渡し係の若いお兄さんたちのおこずかい稼ぎだと思います。

家族で過ごした楽しい旅行でしたが、最後にイヤな思いをしてしまいました。皆様どうかレシートの金額をご確認下さいませ。私たちは確認さえすれば良かったととても後悔しています。
