I am sorry to say this. Very poor service. ☹️ Mula2 nak dapatkan rumah, aktif je respond my text. Laju.. deal nak jumpa untuk tgk rumah pon no hal.

Tapi bila dah setel payment, slow dah responding. Janji free gift A, boleh agent lupa pastu nak ganti ngan free gift B, 2 bulan lebih tak dapat2 lagi pn. I give 2 stars sebab at least bukan scam la sebab i dapat rumah nya. Just urusan dgn agent sinland so bad.

Text follow up, reply sepatah2. Pastu lambat. X sama masa kita text tanya pasal rumah awal2 dulu. Not ethical & not effective sgt. At first i think this one agent is the best la. But bila jadi macam ni, sorry, i will find someone else if i nak cari rumah lain lagi 2-3 tahun. Dont want sinland anymore. Huhu.

Please my recommendation, untuk elak lupa, setiap kali jumpa client macam kami, please la bawa buku nota and jot down apa2 as your reminder. Saya sangat kecewa boleh terlupa everything. Jangan lenggang kangkung like u professional n takkan lupa. I yang client pon i bawak notebook untuk buat notes apa2 bila jumpa.

Deal with agent Alex Yap. The most helpful agent, within 4months already got the key. Bravo! I really recommend Alex Yap for those who are looking to buy a property. No regrets!

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience dealing with agent Kinki Tung from Sinland Real Estate.

She introduced a tenant and provided me with false background information — claiming the tenant works in finance at a frozen food company. Later, I discovered that the tenant actually sells vegetables in the market and had never rented a property before.
This alone shows a lack of proper background check and full honesty.

Worse still, the tenant submitted a fake payment receipt and Kinki continued to defend the tenant, even after I confirmed with the payment platform (TNG) that the receipt was forged.
She tried to persuade me not to file a police report and didn’t take responsibility at all. As a landlord, I felt completely betrayed and unprotected.

This is not just negligence – it feels like collusion with the tenant or at least total disregard for the owner’s safety and trust. I’m now dealing with tenancy termination, police report, and major losses because of her carelessness.

I urge Sinland Real Estate to look into this matter seriously and warn others to be cautious when dealing with her. I will also be filing a formal complaint to the authorities.

Be wary of Albert Khoo, he kept trying to rush us into renting an office shop lot we looked at. Moreover, he assured us beforehand that there is three-phase power in the building (one of the main reasons we wanted to rent there in the first place) but after we paid the booking fee he told us that the unit in fact does NOT come with three-phase. and to top it all off, after putting us through all the hardships, a week before we were supposed to sign the rental agreement he told us that the unit has been rented out. Albert, if you are reading this, do better.

Not sure if Albert Khoo's personality is the way it is or he is fairly new to this industry but he is very unprofessional. I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume the latter because I tend to see the good in people. There is still time for change Albert, please stop rushing potential tenants to pay the booking fee and please do your homework on the unit before saying anything, I really wish you all the best and I hope you can get to where you want to be in life. Be the bigger person.
