Just spoke to this "wonderful" agent Mr Mak Kar Kuen. Posted property for sale with only 1 external photo. When ask for more photos become very defensive then I used his reasonings with different scenario then suddenly it's personal.

One phrase to act on these agents "You can never win a debate against a stupid person".

People if encounter these type of agents, record the conversation and report to MIEA. These agents are in the wrong field. Should be lawyers instead. Thanks for your "concern" Mak.

No integrity, typical unprofessional agent.
Fake advertising on iProperty & Property Guru, then they lie to you claiming they have this ideal units you are looking for. Upon clarifying and questioning, they say the units are not available then offer you other poor units.

Worst real estate agent Thomas Ang to deal with. Everything must follow his timing and location. Keep demanding for payment from the start rather than answer customer queries. Now ask to returned stamped agreement, trying to make things difficult for customer. Refused to follow customer timing, demand to follow his schedule and location which is inconvenient.

Looking at rentals in Penang and contacted agent. 48 hrs later no info or contact. Tried finding Scarcity real estate but cant find contact info or website. Only office showing is in Kuala Lumpur.
