Extremely Disappointed with MCL Land – Forest Heights @Ardenhill

Buying a home should be a proud milestone, but my experience with MCL Land at Forest Heights @Ardenhill has been nothing short of a nightmare. The quality of the house is unacceptable, and their after-sales service is completely unprofessional.

To make matters worse, many parts of the walls are hollow — there's clearly a lack of proper cement filling inside. This is a serious construction flaw that reflects poor workmanship and quality control.

Even though the house came with a Defect Liability Warranty, the process has been frustrating and ineffective. I've submitted complaints three times, but the issues remain unresolved to this day. There's no person in charge, no accountability, and the customer service is rude and dismissive.

MCL Land has shown that they care only about selling, not about delivering quality or taking care of their buyers. I strongly urge anyone considering their projects to think twice before making the same mistake.

If you want to buy a property at Forest Heights, please make sure that you have a lot of time to make complaints and renovation. I bought a house at begonia for 610k, been moved in for 2 years. It gives me a lot of new experiences, 1st floor family living room tiles cracked; main paip broke and made me wiped the floor until 3am, made complaint to the developer, they came and fixed it after one week, please imagine you have a subway logoon water park in you house, flood in the living room every day; door locked for fun, you might find yourself lock in the room after a freaking afternoon nap, if your house caught on fire, you will be barbecued.
Good job mcl, my father stays at an 30years old house and never experience all these before.
