Developer paling teruk.. jangan beli rumah under developer ni.. kuat makan duit, kualiti rumah teruk, tak bertanggungjawab.

Irresponsible developer. Project delayed. Unresponsive to emails/calls. Keys handed over without CCC. Owners are unable to move in. Developer is not truthful in their dealings and refuse to negotiate. They have been giving empty promises and no action taken to provide assurances to owners that they are obtaining CCC. Owners are in a terrible position. Something should be done to stop this bad behaviour.

Bought BV51 few years back when the building is already 90% done. After so many years, The building still do not have CCC. Despite having VP a year ago, buyers cant do anything with their units cause of no CCC. People including myself with excessive loan money is now being held by developer. They are suppose to return the money to the buyers. But They said they have cashflow issue cause no project, blaming mco, blaming pandemic, delay multiple times and even the loan amount they wanted to pay by instalment. They signed the paper promise to pay by installment from Jan 2022. But until now there is nothing.

Trying going for tribunal but it is not working cause building is under commercial title. Bad developer trying to evade everything.

You will regret to buy from this developer. Total nightmare!
Boulevard 51 started in 2015, 7 years later it's not ready for handover.
This developer force buyer to take VP without CCC in early 2021, meaning buyer can't do anything to the property (NOT COMPLETE) but have to pay FULL INSTALLMENT to bank!
after force VP, no update from developer until now! refuse to reply emails, calls, even no information given when buyer specially visit to their office.

I regretted buying from this developer Taipan Focus. All the pre-Sales promises are unfilled. The project was delayed for 4 years, and now this developer refuses to answer phone calls and email messages. When approach them in the office, they blame various gov agencies giving them problem but can't show any proof to substantiate their allegations. Many owners continue to wait aimlessly. Btw, read thru the SnP carefully - the conditions there are lop sided and bias. Good luck to you if you choose to buy their project.

I bought a unit which was launched in 2015, it is not under HDA, developer cannot even handover the key until now 2022. No email, hardly any letter to communicate the progress. Called their office but never picked up. Read the SPA thoroughly before you sign. Don't take any verbal confirmation as evidence.

I wish I could rate 0 star. Continue to pay my bank loan.

Becareful if want to buy from this developer. Read SPA carefully. The SPA is protecting them. The B51 project start develop since 2015, until now still pending for CCC. They keep using MCO as excuses, and don't even want to compensate us the LAD.
My summary is, 99.99% you will be regretted if you buy from them

Terrible terrible terrible developer!!!!!I bough a property with Taipan 2017 when I purchase project had complete around 50-60% but unfortunately I don’t get the key till now! Extremely regret to purchased this house and this developer are really terrible no call no email no update at all!! And please read carefully with your S&P agreement!
