The staff reserve parking in non-reserved parking. Apply for your own reserve parking la. Like what Azam Jaya, the next door company did.

Pretty lousy sales staff for shorea & astoria. Walked in to the showroom and their greeting was (in Chinese) "you looking for the bathroom?"

Anyway the staff didn't think I was serious so wasn't too interested in actually sharing more info unless I asked 🤷‍♂️

On what I was actually able to gather online and yknow, what the staff "shared" 🙄. This place has some promise. The layout for shorea & astoria units look decent and, horrible staff aside, I would've pulled the trigger on a unit since it was gonna be a while to completion and there's still a lot of unsold lots (meaning we'd have good options on views/location).

Problem is there's going to be 2 more buildings nearby by the same developer, parkhill (much cheaper, smaller, ergo squeezing a lot more people in that area) and a third which, if I'm not mistaken, is a hotel. This creates a less than premium feeling environment where there's always a ton of people causing congestions on the roads nearby (as if that road isnt packed up enough).

If you're getting this for short stay investment like airbnb, depending on how the hotel shapes out you might be looking at a losing investment too so, best to ask about that.

Last (that I have time to put up, there's a couple more issues with this place) but not least, if you're into the whole luxury living thing there isn't a shortage of new developments in kk geared in that direction so do shop around. It's a buyers market and, to me, this place gives off snooty rich guy vibes and it's not really what I'm about. I'm a fan of places with "Twin Towers" and ended up putting a booking fee for y'know, someplace like that.

So yea, if you're serious about this place and wanna know more, put on your best clothes and make a trip to their showroom in kelombong.

I appreciate the invitation to revisit the showroom. However I feel I've done sufficient research to see the project's marketing is incongruent with the actual reality of living in that area. There wouldn't be any point.

I also don't see why you'd bring up that the showroom is by appointment only. Projects like Noora in Desa Park City is by appointment only and I certainly understand being asked to leave without one. What I don't understand is why the staff would prefer to let me in and provide subpar service instead of just telling me to make a new appointment for the future. I'd like to apologize if it seemed like I barged my way in but to the best of my knowledge I asked if I could see the showroom despite it being close to 4 and they brought me in anyway.

Again, I appreciate the response. Don't feel obliged to respond. My review is simply a genuine reflection of my thoughts on the project and the staff surrounding it.
