The swimming pools urgently require upgrades and maintenance. The adult pool appears murky—almost like drain water—especially when compared to the children's pool, where the difference in water quality is glaring.

Additionally, the children's pool has broken tiles, and the floor is covered in sand, making it unsafe and unpleasant. I also question whether the water is being tested regularly, as there seems to be an unusual amount of debris and contaminants.

There’s currently no quality swimming experience here. I hope management takes immediate action to address these issues for the safety and enjoyment of all residents.

Lift algorithm here is seriously fked. Lift break down happens almost every week which causes long waiting time as this is a high density apartment. Management is incompetent with managing their elevator. How can you guys managed to get the lifts fked up every month Or should I say almost every week Do something when people complain about it.

The management / facility department should seriously look into the elevators algorithm. They didn't work smartly. Have to wait long until the elevator arrive at your floor (even there are few elevators without anybody using it). The year is 2024 if you don't realize it.

My parcel is missing, so I went to the management office and asked the administrator to check the CCTV, but he did not allow me to do so and asked me to make a police report, which was a waste of my time. The parcel place is not guarded and the management does not set that whoever takes the parcel must hand over the pictures. It is just left there casually, so no one knows who has stolen it. I am disappointed with such poor management.
