The Rise Collection 3, can be considered almost a condominium as it has gym rooms with perfect equipments, a large swimming pool and a lot of other equipments, however unsure why it wasn't labelled as so.

Parking : The parking itself is quite spacious and has multiple floors, so it's quite hard for people staying there to not have places to park, you're also able to rent parking slots near the lower floors if you're not into the feeling of parking extremely high up

Scenery : I would say, looking from the balcony view, it would look very nice as you can quite have a good view of Georgetown itself

Area : The location doesn't really have heavy traffic congestion, the only times when they do have it is when multiple drivers drove extremely slow, causing traffic buildup, and the LSMart customers that doesn't park on the provided carpark on top and blocks the road for at least half an hour

In general, it is good. The management and security are kind and reactive, and Seaview, environment and services are good. I think they can improve it to be unique

Don't trust this developer, Zubicon! Legal bully! Be careful if you plan to buy property from them.
Look at the bad quality and shady stuffs done by Zubicon on the affordable home project (The Rise). Continuous asking for money but never rectify defects reported. Charging highest maintenance fee (RM300+, even higher than more luxury condo). Already 2 years+ from VP, still not allow to form JMB and no transparency on maintenance spending. Any legal friend please contact and save us, the helpless owners.

Lif always broken.. Facilities are subpar.. Too many houses are under construction even on Saturday morning.. I can't get any rest at my own home.. moving out soon.
