I found an ad for a house for rent on PropertyGuru in August and contacted the agent, Sally Khoo, via WhatsApp to inquire about the unit. The agent told me the unit would only be available in September, so I agreed to wait until the given date to view it and expressed my interest.

Today, when I messaged her again, she asked which unit I was referring to. After I replied, she told me it had already been rented out to someone else yesterday.

I’m not sure what her issue is, but she seems unprofessional and possibly discriminatory. If the agent or the landlord didn’t want a Malay tenant, they could have just been upfront from the start. Honestly, I won’t deal with this Property Agent again.

Also, the 5-star reviews look fake, likely from bots. That alone speaks volumes about how bad their service is if they have to rely on fake reviews.

Scammers who appears in profesional suits. ABBEY GOH together vit her guy who collects commision from both owner n tenant(tats me) She pokes her nose into every matter even after we move into the hse where the owner has to make decision but she crosses over. I havent seen such an annoying agent. This property agency is totally not following the law. They are only keen in manipulating customers to make double profit. Their agents are rude..money minded only as they take commision from both sides. SO BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY AGENCY..DONT USE THEIR SERVICE N IF THEY COLLECT DOUBLE AGENT FEE..REPORT THEM.
