I like the swimming pool and the gym, the atmosphere around the condo is nice but there are many restaurants, very convenient for living.🇲🇾👌🤗⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Can this company hire a security guard who can talk can speak Malay/English languages? Asking about my missing parcel and they can’t help me with that. Also what’s the point we write down our information at the lobby before taking our parcel? My large size parcel also can missing. Not 1 but 2. I ask the security he said the office keep it, then i ask the office they said they didn’t. Useless 🫩

Lots of newly opened shoplots here. Hard to find free parking. Have to pay if you dont want to wait for those roadside parking.

Very convenient place, a lot shoplot and foodie around. But WHY THE LIFT HERE ALWAYS GOT PROBLEM? Staying here for 1 month only but the lift almost every week broke down.

There is a security guard at block B (name start from P) is very very rude. He yells at people loudly (very loadly) and is extremely impolite.

I can give it a very low not worth it 1 star 🌟 and for a few reasons. It's location is not too great, quite far to KL . There is a MRT station no chance of walking there. Grab will cost u and the useless feeder bus as it's far awa. Imagine youu got luggage yeah . Aeon just renovated bigger and more expensive. All the good stuff are Opposite right u got econsave never been there and left 99 and all the banks fancy crossing the street with grocery so what is left ? KK , 711 , ever expensive mynews and DIY of course our saviour ecoshop everything 2.40 no grocery so if u want marketing go out to NSK some distance away or mines shop at Lotus. This place is for working people not for uncle & auntie reasons is super expensive to even get a normal breakfast it was 7 to 8 now it's 10.00 or more or go out by grab only so that is why not for me short stay only buy one and stay here NO Thanks I can't afford the overcharged prices and I can't eat roti canai or nasi lemak ( roadside one) everyday. For me everything is OK livability is the issue nothing else. I can get this with less expenses more easily to move around but it's not my call. In short your RM has no value here cannot buy anything decent maybe if u are lucky you might find something reasonable to eat .

For lousy auntie and uncle surely this lousy place not suitable everyone got it's own opinion fine by me u go stay at this lousy place must be driving F1 to reach KL in 15 minutes good luck be careful not worth it kena summon or kiss someone backsides and for the overcharged lousy food u enjoy it hope u eat slowly don't chock on it.

After a while, I decided I had enough tropicana metro park subang new place very new and I didn't loose any money in the exchange I didn't do any renovation. Feel sorry for the poor guy who bought my old place hopefully he like it something must have caught his eye ah yes must be the great food variety 😀. To LIIon every one entitled to their opinion doesn't mean we are stupid or arrogant I have move on I stick to my opinion I might find what i am looking for I hope but it certainly not Trader's Garden .

公寓还可以。设施齐全，走两步就有很多食物选择。cheras traders屋主群活跃的几个人没什么素质，常爆粗和谈黄色话题。建议加英文群。

I want to replied those comments to lance koufman from the bottom.

1) You're mentioned that "the location is far from KL, and it's, around 15min road ahead to KL." So I want to ask you, you didn't do your own homework before you stay here? At least check Google maps la, very easy job.

2) "All the good stuff is opposite you." - So you should take car or motorcycles. I could say every klang valley area is like that , if you don't not have your own transportation, you literally can't go anywhere far away.

3) "This place is not suitable for aunty & uncle." - Actually it's not, this place is not suitable only for lousy aunty and uncle. Nowadays almost every Klang valley area also plus minus RM 10 for each meal. I am really not sure what you are really lousy at.

4) Lastly, "your RM is no value here, cannot buy anything decent" - For this word , I don't expect a person who always want to argue about few couple ringgits could buy any decent things even in their daily life. They must be so stingy. or you have no money just say you don't have any money to buy any decent things. Don't give some kind of stupid excuse. If you got money, I bring you to buy decent things around here.

Next time please think before you speak. Not just keep complain and without thinking further
