Went to the Trevi Properties showroom just to have a look, but ended up staying way longer than I expected. The space was super nice and modern, and the staff were really welcoming—not pushy at all, which I really appreciate. They took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, instead of just throwing numbers and specs at me. Felt like they actually cared about what I was looking for rather than just making a sale. If you're thinking about buying a place, definitely worth checking them out.

Today, I went to the Mahkota Cheras food court for lunch and happened to notice the developer's housing project. I went upstairs to check out their show unit, and the interior design was stylish, spacious, and very comfortable. Their design is different from most developers, as the parking spaces are located in a separate building. The staff told me that their development concept is to encourage more walking and emphasize a healthy lifestyle. I think their idea is great.

Went to the Trevi Properties showroom just to cuci mata, but wah, really terbaik! The place very cantik and got that modern, atas feel. The staff also super friendly, not like those pushy type—just chill and actually listen to what I want. They explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand, no need to pening kepala with all the technical terms. Can really see they put effort into their projects, the details all very tip-top. Firstly, the 5-star comment before me is a new account with only 1 review (this page), most probably one of the sales agent. You can check mine, regular Google reviewer.

This piece of green land is the only “peace” contributor for people here , yet they destroy it to build another condominium. The Buddhist temple been taking care of it quite well, but since it’s going to disappear anyway, let me tell you the cons of living here:

1)When they put up the board, there were people protesting by throwing red paint at the signboards. Becareful, in the future there are chances the project might be halted if people make noise because no buyers = slow progression yet you gotta pay progression fee til completion.

2) There is 1 condo and 1 townhouse just in this street. You will take around 30-40 mins just to leave BMC in the morning. No other exits. Unless you work in BMC, work-from-home or a business owner, doesn’t make sense to get this property. The advertisement says “easy access to MRT and highways” is the biggest lie of em all. Developer have money, so can pay even Rakyat Post to advertise things that are not true about them.

3) There is a lion dance training house near to the temple, just beside this project area. You will have plenty of noise pollution unless you are into lion dance. The incense from the temple can be overwhelming too, unless you are a Buddhist or Hindu.

Pros: you get a new property in Klang Valley.

You might wonder why I’m making a big fuss about this patch of forest. I’m into nature and there is a family of langur, plenty of birds, calming insect sounds and people who are taking care of this place. Greedy developers taking over every piece of greenery in KL is the sign of corruption. Look at Monkey’s Canopy, how the project for approval, if you know you know.

The land will be gone but I feel I need to tell the truth. That’s all, your money your choice.
