I think I had enough expectations for this project. Disappointment doesn’t even begin to start with. When you have been taking your own sweet time to “finish” this project, other developers had handover theirs within time. I don’t know whether is a regret that I purchased a unit here at Trio whilst others are ready to move in. Bought in 2017, until today, even promised by this year Q1 / Q2 2023 to be completed, but whenever you pass by the project, it looks like to even the handover by this year is a joke. I will just wait for another delayed handover date which is already updated quarterly since 2020. Excuses building up month after month, quarter after quarter. If you are confident to handover within the date you promised, put it in writing publicly on your social media page and your banners. Don’t misuse the words HANDOVER SOON or READY TO MOVE IN SOON. Joke.

Your development sucks. every single time called up to follow up on the completion date, every time give me an even more delayed date. Supposedly complete by Mid year 2021 and now telling me Dec 2022? After every time giving me a wrong date of completion, ask you to confirm no one can answer why you all keep delaying. Keep asking for extension from the government when other projects started after you can also complete before you. thought you were a trustworthy property developer. turn out you weren't so. You know people's livelihood are all depending on you and this is the joke you turn out for us.

Thought the developer by setia will be safe and trustworthy but it is worst! When bought, mentioned by April 2021 will be able to get the key for Block A but has been delayed because of MCO. Understood about that, but accumulated of FULL MCO is not even a year, then the delay of completed year is more than a year. The latest completed date that I know is July 2022, but just saw someone comment it will be Dec 2022. Every-time of delay will not be inform from them, only until you call and ask them.

The whatsapp of sales will not be answer if they know you have bought the property before and is not because want buy again. From what I see on exterior part, totally do not have any updates since Nov 2021, is totally the same. The swimming pool, gym and quite many unit is already completed when I view it on July or Sept 2021, so those completed units or faciilites will be left empty for more than one year.

This is really really disappointed of the SETIA developer, this so called of big company, good service and trustworthy.

No introducer fees given now even though you can see many billboards showing it. Dont get dissapointed if you bring along friends. Will be completed on 2021. 8 percent discount. Direct discount is 6 percent and 2 percent if you secure loans within 2 months. Smalleat size 656sf. Developer is SETIA. 45 storey high condo. 80 percent sold of phase 1. Now avaiable 24th storey and above. Price increase foe every storey higher. All the corner unit sold out. 2 rooms and 3 rooms are sold out. There has been a change in the original plan. Buyer have to sign a form as an agreement to it.
