I have been staying at The Henge 3.5 years ++. Great and professional services from Alvin. He take good care of us for the past 3 years and always being attentive to the issue or concern we raised. I would say he is very proactive in resolving our issues efficiently compared to other agents. Worth for the stay!

Their properties are consider standard in terms of space, utilities provided and fees. Their team (Agent Alvin) were also easy to reach for any complaints and requests.

I would give negative 1 star if I can. Avoid renting under this company at any cost. Worst worst service ever!
My agreement came with weekly cleaning service at common area. NOTHING, even after few pushes, nothing for 3 months! change my door room locked to thumb print digital, without setting my thumb, for 2 weeks. so my room is unlocked for 2 weeks, i have to push them. and the list will go on and on. just don't.

First time renting, the premise is Utropolis Suite, Glenmarie, from this agent and was served by Jacky and Alvin. They are very professional at handling my request and helping me solving most of the problem to do with the rented room itself, in this case the uncleaned room upon check in and the faulty LED light. Though when I first arrived the room was uncleaned but the responsibilities lie with the apartment management instead of Visohomes so it’s totally fine and the problem was swiftly rectified by Alvin after he was informed by my direct contact person Jacky.

One of the worst companies keeps charging the idiot common area fee which is supposed to include inside the rental fee. Service also sucks when asking questions got ignored, broken charging plug is still not fixed after 4 months pass away.

If you expect the cheaper price in town, go ahead. However, don't expect the service quality and the rental price can be cheap forever since they will keep adding extra rules to charge you as long as they can.

They are cheap compare to others, but their service level is also cheap.
1. They don't have official website.
2. No official email instead using free email from Gmail.
3. All communication via WhatsApp/Call/SMS, for me for docs like agreement should be send via email from their official email.
4. After your renting period completed, you need to chase them for deposit even was promised within 14 working days. Since everything via WhatsApp so it not that easy as you need to find who in charge for the refund.
5. The mattress provided is bad, old mattress so got many holes so sleeping on floor is better. Or bring own mattress.
6. Water/electricity bill will slowly increase even you not using that much. They don't provide how they calculate it.
7. If you believe they have breached the contract, file a complaint to TTPM or Magistrate court.

Shout out to Aaron who helped me secure an apartment in Utropolis Glenmarie, he’s the ONLY agent that didn’t seem he was tryin to rip me off and even reassured me on every circumstances I could think of and heard me out when I was racial discriminated by other agents in the past. So yea visohomes give my boy a raise 🤌🏾
