The car was in excellent condition, and customer service was responsive and patience with my enquiries. On the day of collection, the car was already there early and our point of contact person already reach out to us earlier. The only improvement i hope was the introduction of the 0 dollar excess instead of just the liability reduction package. Intuitive booking system in the app, with points that can be used in the future for booking and the easy deposit refund process. Will definitely rent again from Wahdah when i visit Malaysia to drive again.

Overall, I’m really satisfied with Wahdah Car Rental! Their service is fast and reliable. Special thanks to Syakir and Nikwan! When the car battery went flat, Syakir helped solve the problem quickly, and Nikwan handled the car pickup smoothly. Everything was managed without any hassle, which I truly appreciate.

The only downside is that the car’s exterior had some noticeable scratches. It would be great if Wahdah could provide cars in better condition next time. Other than that, the experience was great and I’d still recommend their service!

I was looking for a reliable, fast and simple car rental for 3 days use in the selangor and KL area.

Price was reasonable (booked a Honda City). When I got the car, it was in good working condition and well taken care of, both interior and exterior wise.

This is my second time renting car from wahdah. The process was easy and simple. They are very professional and punctual. As soon as the booking is confirmed, a wahdah representative will reach out via whatsap to confirm the arrangements and also answer any of my questions. Their cars were in great condition. Booked them on a last minute trip because Hertz and Avis were sold out. The car was in great condition and my contact Hamdi even delivered the car early when he came to know my flight landed early. All requirements were communicated well in advance and it was a quite seamless experience. Would definitely recommend!

Smooth transactions, the rented car was delivered to Subang airport from Wandah headquarters and returned at the same location. Hassle free from picking up and returning at town.

The car was new and the staff who delivered and who collected both were courteous. Not good with English speaking but they correspond well in English over WhatsApp.
One mistake i would say was they didnt inform me to buy Touch n Go card needed for Tolls, rest everything is smooth.
