"I’ve had some unpleasant experiences with the night guard at Wisma Duke. He often uses inappropriate language towards residents, creating a hostile atmosphere. At times, he even yells hysterically in public, disturbing the peace. I urge management to take action and consider removing this Malay elder from his position for the comfort and well-being of all residents."

This apartment was more than 10 years but still has good value as in town near to many places of interest and within walking distance of government and statutory offices. Space just adequate about 1000 sf and it’s clean and quiet. 👏🏼🙏🏼

The place is very strategic where you can easily go to places. Walking distance to Nagore Square and soon will open a lot of bubble tea shops! You can have access to the free bus to Komtar which is CT7. Very convenient! Am currently staying here but for my unit, it is not like the picture above

Can not say it is great place to stay. Very old building. Unit that I saw was furnished not well with very old yellow plastic airconditioners. Located near by busy polluted streets. No swimming pool. Not worth that price as owners and agents asked.
