We don't mind to pay for the parking fees. But it's better for you to cross check with the car park management company that handles the car park system. I was stucked at the middle at which I can't move forward and reverse, and I try to called the Secure Parking Careline for assistance. I raised my voice due to frustrations for stucking at the middle of the traffic for about 20 minutes and what makes me lost my head was the irresponsible statement from the Careline staff, "you cakap baik , kita cakap baik", cik kena reverse kereta , tak ada pilihan." Well, you may checked back the conversation, I didn't use any vulgar or humiliating words to complain and yet the Careline operator just entertaining me by giving this kind of irresponsible reply. Knowing your role as Careline operator , you're to resolve customer's complaints but instead of saying tak boleh buat apa, or giving nonsense suggestion which doesn't help . This incident was happened at 2.30pm 22/9/24. Please check the tele- conversation around the time and send the irresponsible operator back to training if he doesn't know how to handle customer's complaints. In addition to that, there was no security guard around when I pressed the intercom, please ensure there is always someone from the building management to standby to assist whenever there is such problem occured
