I would highly recommend JAS Property Management as they are extremely knowledgeable, ensuring that every aspect of property management is handled with care and expertise. Their team of professionals is incredibly efficient and truly dedicate.
One standout aspect was their assistance during a tribunal case, where their guidance and support made a stressful situation much more manageable. Their attention to detail and ability to navigate complex situations was impressive.

In my personal opinion , having experienced many property management teams in the past in Vista Mutiara Apartment Kepong , I ( an ex commitee member) can confidently say that JAS Property Management is the best team so far that I have come a crossed .

Recommended by my neighbor, they managed his condo well with 0 corruption and when our taman appointed them to manage our taman, they also ran with dignity and no corruption. I wouldn't say they did the best, but for what we paid is agreeable to what we get. At least they do proper research, advisory, restructure and maintenance according to our needs and conditions. For the past 1 years we are able to discuss and come to agreement with lots of issues and problems we had encountered and for this, I appreciate their expertise and service and of course I hope they will upkeep their integrity and excellence and further improve in their services.

Since JAS took over from the previous management company, I can see a lot of improvement, especially with complaint management and the collection of arrears. Very good and trustworthy management company. Highly recommended. Office lot at Puchong area
