This has been one of the worst management experiences I’ve ever had. The management team seems more concerned with enforcing strict rules than supporting the well-being of their tenants. They act like they own the place and treat tenants as if we’re just obstacles to control rather than people who live here.

There is no grace, no understanding—only rules enforced like it’s a prison. At 4:40pm, during a water dispenser installation, a staff member came up to my unit and even stepped inside, despite us already being aware of the timing and having clearly promised to leave by 5pm.

When I first moved in, I parked briefly in the visitor parking to move my belongings more easily, but I was still charged at 12:03am—even though I’m a registered tenant.

Even the security guards reflect this cold attitude—rarely greeting tenants unless we greet them first. It makes you question their role in building a safe and welcoming environment. Who are they here for, if not the residents?

This is a clear example of management prioritizing rules over people. There is little to no flexibility or empathy shown, which makes the living experience feel cold and unnecessarily harsh.

The management in PUDEF is not capable in maintaining the condo..
Some facilities already aged or have problem is not fixed for months or years. Only doing something that is not necessary.
