Kondo paling kimek sekali ya. Security paling tak function. Dengan bau ketiak tapi jaga front door, pening dan mual bau! nampak org bawak banyak barang, sikit takde rasa nak tolong bukakan pintu at least! Picadilly bawah tu tolong la check sikit kebersihan depa. Ghisau ya.

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Locked Inside Unit B10.O8 Without Consent

Dear Management,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a serious and distressing incident that occurred today at our unit, B10.O8. Tomorrow is our scheduled last day in this unit, as we have already informed your agent that we are moving to a new apartment.

However, today we discovered that the main door of our unit was locked from the outside without our knowledge or consent, effectively confining us inside. This action was not only inappropriate but also highly unsafe. In case of any emergency, we would have been unable to exit the unit, putting our safety at serious risk.

We are working professionals in the IT sector, and such treatment is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. Regardless of our moving status, this is not the proper way to deal with tenants—especially when there has been clear communication about our departure.

We have endured several inconveniences during our stay here, but this incident has left us with a very negative experience with the condominium. We request an explanation and a formal apology from the management, and we urge you to ensure such actions are never repeated for any resident in the future.

住的單位環境非常的差,當初進的時候說每一個月會有人來打掃結果住了一個月就說沒有工人了,並且說要打掃需要付費,一個單位環境差就算了,搬到另一個單位還是一樣的問題,客廳十分骯髒牆壁的每一個角落都是蜘蛛網就像幾年沒人住的一樣,還有房主的中介人(ms.txx)服務態度非常的差,入房時不會交代住房與退房的規則等到要退房地時候才說要錢一個月交代,不然會扣一個月的訂金,並說道這公寓的人都知道不要和我說你不知道的話,我笑了,一個剛從鄉村來的什麼都不知道的人怎麼會知道,這東西不是應該在入住前就要通知了嗎?連最基本的態度,服務,交代都沒有,這些沒有就算了,還沒有禮貌,打電話不耐煩就直接掛電話,傻眼,還很喜歡正對給房租便宜的人,就因為房租給的少嗎,你出價我出錢就算電費超出了我也會負責,風扇和燈沒關沒看見就說是我沒關,入房最基本的合同也沒有,房租想起就起,奉勸住在這裡的訂金想拿回是很難的,中介人會拿各種理由來扣除你的訂金,(本人已住接近三年),沒合同很危險,而且還是despark介紹來的…..👎👎👎

"This place security guard is doing their job great, checking each and everyone resident card, but they need to be a little common sense. Im renting a room at unit A-08-2, and my experience is awful. These uneducated security keep asking to show ur resident card even after watching you everyday passing by and also having conversation with you. If they are new guy i understood, but these are the same person asking me, “where is ur resident card? where is ur resident card?” every single day? doesnt make any sense? Im getting stressed staying here and feels like depression. Do they have a poor memory? buy them kismis minda.. to the management please, please PLEASEE!!! brief you security to be a little common sense. Tired..Zzzzz "

Honestly, what kind of management need to pay RM100 for a month pass in order to stay or visit a friend. Security are rude, like a hostel. Can't even stay over night or visit without feeling like im being watched.

For guests to dine in and enjoy delicious meals from the first-floor restaurant, there is an expensive parking fee and the worst security ever. It states at the parking lot entrance that touch and go only—no debit cards. Once inside, it's difficult to leave, even when your T&G card balance is still high and it can't be recognized. I experienced this repeatedly. I can use the debit card to go out even if it says not to be used. This occurred when my T&G was unusable for an unknown reason. It is really difficult for the security to ask us to pay with cash. Fortunately, I was able to verify that the debit card payment was made. We waited about an hour at the basement parking lot.

This is absurd and has occurred frequently. Since it has happened several times, I occasionally believe the guard is deliberately blocking or delaying our exit from the parking lot.
Second, I was in the elevator when it abruptly stopped. After verifying, I discovered that the security had stopped it on purpose since they won't let food riders using, leading me to believe that there was a problem with the elevator. Care less security. Complained but they couldn’t care less.

The security service is very very very bad, no Malay nor English are spoken.

Triple 0 for security and parking.
