Went to visit the place with my friends during the pinming market event and there's an older guard at the showroom during day time who is SO rude and creepy. he keeps being a busybody and disturb people with our pets at the park and keep staring at people nastily. is this the kind of image that a premium developer like paramount wants to show their customers? can't he mind his own business makes me think twice about buying their projects because how will management handle their security guards

This developer is terrible. Our house unit has been finished with a lot of defects. It's evident that this was a rushed project. However, it's essential for them to fix these defects as soon as possible. We were initially told that the defects would be fixed within one month, but it has already been over two months, and the fixing stage is still incomplete. We're waiting for the tiles to be changed so we can proceed with renovations, but we were informed that they purchased the wrong tiles—specifically toilet tiles instead of living room tiles. This is incredibly ridiculous and shows a lack of responsibility. How much longer do we have to wait for our unit to be completed? We're feeling very sad and disappointed. I will definitely not recommend anyone to buy any projects from Paramount.

One of the most commonly neglected factor when making a property purchase - Parking layouts. Better put more effort in understand clearly how their parking layout is gonna be like before signing the papers....
these guys have a track record of building horrendous multitier parking layouts. Probably not the developers fault, but their architects. Buyers be warned.

The event was a success as they organized and executed it well. The staff were ready to welcome prospects to their show units. The company has a proven track record of building homes. Everything went well and went according to their plan and program.
