Ini ialah bangunan tinggal. Abandon Place. Kami dapat tingkat bawah seperti kami sahaja penghuninya. Pada waktu malam tersangat scary dan semua kiri kanan lantai kayu pecah. Saya mohon Agoda remove property ini supaya orang lain tidak menjadi mangsa. Reply dari owner juga tersangat teruk seolah-olah kami sudah di tipu. Kami check-out awal sehari kerana tidak sanggup duduk lagi semalam. Mereka berjanji untuk refund tapi sehingga 2 minggu tiada wang dikembalikan dan mereka seperti cuba mengelak membayarnya. Jangan percaya semua gambarnya, lokasi ini memang tidak sesuai untuk dihuni. Mohon Agoda delete listing ini. Saya ada bukti semuanya tentang lokasi dan dan kondisi bangunan ini.

The service was okay but I think this should be more better because there are shortage of things. In my opinion they can provide more coffee packets and blankets.this house only provided with 1 bedroom. 2 bedroom sleep at living room.

I book through agoda and don't believe those old positive reviews at all because all no more real now. The house owner is not well maintain the apartment and I suggest to clean the apartment and maybe another suggestion for whole building owner could maintain the building as well so it's refreshing for more people to visit. Cause the weather and environment is really fabulous and stragegy. Hence, can improve the quality for more tourists.

Eventually I need to clean the kitchen areas and cupboard/table so on for my own sake. Since its so dusty and not clean at all.

Only thing make you feel peace is the scenery outside but the property not worth for the amount I paid. Total disappointed.

I had booked 3 two room apartments, surprisingly we were very happy with the cleaniness of the rooms, clean white towels , good air conditioning , fan ,fridge and water pressure was really good for the hot showers. We were told by the management that the the TV channels were not functioning which did not bother us. We had our own food which we could heat up on the hot plates.||Overall the property definitely needs a touch up.||The weather was great and the thelocation/ view was picturesque. ||We had a good time in our get together, no complains except that the route to Colmar from Meranti Suites was a bit longer due to the repairwork being done.||There were no proper road signs from Colmar back to Meranti.

Booked to stay here 3 nights but cut short our visit after one night. ||The only thing good is location which is picturesque! ||There is a landslide blocking the road from here to Berjaya Hills golf club so a 1.6km trip becomes a 17km trip! There are no signs advising of this & neither do “security” inform you of this when you drive in! ||The external appearance of the accomodation looks like it’s abandoned! Needs lot of painting & repair! ||The rooms we had were dirty; bedlinen stained; aircon & TV not working; no Wi-fi; and cockroaches & ants infestation! ||Berjaya get your act together! The accomodation is in a beautiful part of the world. You’re wasting an opportunity.
