在 Spectrum Residence，部分车主为了接送人，直接把车停在摩托车的出入口，完全无视他人的通行权利。这不仅造成不便，也非常危险。明明旁边就有访客停车位或路边空间可以临时停放，却偏偏要挡住摩托通道。

更无语的是，保安已经劝告过，但有些人依然我行我素，缺乏基本的公德心。居住在公寓里，大家共享空间，互相尊重是最基本的。

此外，还有住户经常大声唱卡拉OK，声音甚至传到几层楼外，对邻居造成很大困扰。大家都有生活，不是每个人都想听你唱歌。

我在雪州多个地区住过，从没遇过这么高比例不体谅他人的居民。当然也有很多好邻居值得尊敬，但希望更多人能有同理心和常识，让社区更和谐。

At Spectrum Residence, some car owners regularly block the motorcycle entrance/exit just to pick up passengers. This is inconsiderate and creates unnecessary trouble and safety issues for motorcyclists. There are many other places nearby to stop temporarily, such as visitor parking or roadside spots — yet some choose to block the way.

Even after security has advised them, a few still ignore the rules. This shows a lack of basic courtesy and public awareness. In shared living spaces like condos, mutual respect is essential.

Another ongoing issue is loud karaoke. Some residents play music or sing at such high volume that it can be heard several floors away, disturbing the peace for others. Everyone deserves a quiet and respectful environment.

I’ve lived in many areas across Selangor and KL and rarely encountered such frequent disregard for others. While there are still many respectful and thoughtful residents, I sincerely hope more people will show empathy and help make this community better for everyone.

我不是被complain的那个 这段期间我是想说 hello？sprectrum residence里面的一些人将会complain事情的咩？一点点东西要complain 是做么？心那么窄？看不开？不要小孩子pattern啦walao 一直做仙家淋 应该complain的不去complain 麻烦那个眼睛啊 注意下关于除草卫生方面和五楼的设备OK？不要得空得空就去抓小细节来complain 这里要住人的 那么不甘愿就去住semi d那些啦 还没有给人家pan过是吗？注意下pattern 我住在kl那么多年 condo的人complain的都是卫生和设备完全不会有complain那种扭扭的东西 哇回到来一点点complain 是又不喜欢不是又不喜欢 烦不烦 要不要好好住人？我是住这里的人听到都很烦🙄 同情心一点啦 pls

A condo with some basic facilities: gym, swimming pool, table tennis&yoga room plus a small children playground. Multiple storey car park with signs of a lot of poor driving skill driver scratching their vehicles. 🙂
