Better for family day... Kalau ada swimming pool boleh dpt dah 5ha...

Place was very welcoming and clean. Spacious and value for money for all of us. We enjoyed the recreational activities like karaoke and pool.

Swimming pool size was decent and could fit all of us. Best part was the BBQ grill they have which was very perfect in the chilly weather there.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful property! Five couples came for a short staycation, and everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for a group like ours.

The surroundings were peaceful and scenic, offering a refreshing escape from the city. We loved the natural environment, which gave us the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. The host was responsive and accommodating, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

From cozy common areas to well-equipped amenities, every detail was taken care of. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely recommend this place for couples or groups looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

But owner, please do something with transparent walls - only during the day we been there 4 birds flew into a wall and dropped dead.
I'm sure there are some ways to prevent them from crashing into walls.

Amazing Retreat at Villa Nadiah, Janda Baik

Our stay at Villa Nadiah was truly memorable. Nestled in the serene surroundings of Janda Baik, the villa offers the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and a calming river view that adds to the tranquility.

The villa itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The rooms were comfortable, and the traditional yet modern design added a special touch to our experience. We particularly loved the outdoor area — perfect for a BBQ session and enjoying the cool, fresh air.

The host was accommodating and made sure everything was in order before our arrival. It was evident that they took great care to make our stay pleasant and hassle-free.

Overall, Villa Nadiah is an ideal spot for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Highly recommended for a relaxing escape!

Cool place if you have a big party- enormous and spacious. The pool is icy cold and there are tons of flowers which means butterflies! Nice hang out area which has a karaoke session and a music area . Outside there is a trampoline and a chicken coop.

Expect the unexpected.

I cried, laughed, danced and joked even screamed with my 13 others goddess from different color , races and religions.

We are in sync here. Connecting in such a magical ways.

The room was spacious with toilets. A designated surau was nearby.

The kitchen was awesome. Rich with all the appliances. They even have a bbq set.

Musical set was almost complete.

The pool was amazing to me.

Very professionally done home stay. They have a few permanent house keepers ready for assistance.

The house is very well equipped. They even have an ice maker and dishwasher. The best thing is, they have plenty of kitchen towels and toilet rolls ready for the guests. They are some homestays very stingy with these papers l, it's very inconvenient to the guests.

They have 2 blocks. One block with living, dining, kitchen and 4 en-suite bedrooms.

The other block is with recreation (musical instruments, pools, ktv, mahjong) and 4 rooms sharing dormitory style bathrooms.

The villa has ample parking lots, probably can accommodate around 10 to 13 vehicles.

Right outside the villa, there is a river, can play water but it is not very attractive during rainy season.

The villa is situated in janda baik, surrounded by greens and hills. Very green environment and the air is fresh. Hopefully, that area can control the rapid development properly.

The stay was in the end of August 2024.
